Poor customer service
My mother was medically boarded in 2009 and she passed away last year the 17th of February.when I went to claim foe her money from Nulaw Union they asked for the Medically boarded letter that I don't have. ****whittington told me they destroy files after 5yrs years a worker has retired. Where I will get it. I can't even afford to buy her a tombstone. I'm stressed I also have bills to pay. It's painfully I even tried the Dr who boarded her he said he doesn't keep the patient's files

Medically boarded letter
My mother was working for **** Whittington factory before she was medically boarded after her accident in 2009. She passed away on the 7th of February 2024. I wentbto Nulaw union to claim for her death benefits, but they failed to assist me without her medically boarded letter,they said they don't keep the documents. I must ask ****whitting to give me the medically boarded letter.I went to ****whittington I called on Monday I was told to come collect the letter on Tuesday and when I was there I was told they can't find the letter they told me they will look and get back to me. I've been calling and asking and been told same story. I've been waiting for 3 weeks now. I'm stressed I'm unemployed I have no money and food. I even went to the Masters Court for assistance they gave me letter of authority but it didn't help,i went to the Dr factory the sister said I must ask for her employment service letter but they failed to give me
