Medically boarded letter

My mother was working for **** Whittington factory before she was medically boarded after her accident in 2009. She passed away on the 7th of February 2024. I wentbto Nulaw union to claim for her death benefits, but they failed to assist me without her medically boarded letter,they said they don't keep the documents. I must ask ****whitting to give me the medically boarded letter.I went to ****whittington I called on Monday I was told to come collect the letter on Tuesday and when I was there I was told they can't find the letter they told me they will look and get back to me.
