I lost my phone in the morning on 30/03/2022 in one of their cars. I searched for their numbers which was so difficult and then was provided with an email address to query my phone. they only responded in the evening telling me that they cannot locate my phone. on the 31/03/2022 sent me another email telling me that the driver has contacted them and He will drop it of at my nearest police station. since I am not sure which Police station that will be I sent them another email to ask to be precise since they cannot connect me with the driver. I am so frustrated coz there's just no response to my emails and just poor communication from their side. this has to be the worst experience ever total poor customer service.
