I lost my phone in the morning on 30/03/2022 in one of their cars. I searched for their numbers which was so difficult and then was provided with an email address to query my phone. they only responded in the evening telling me that they cannot locate my phone. on the 31/03/2022 sent me another email telling me that the driver has contacted them and He will drop it of at my nearest police station. since I am not sure which Police station that will be I sent them another email to ask to be precise since they cannot connect me with the driver. I am so frustrated coz there's just no response to my emails and just poor communication from their side. this has to be the worst experience ever total poor customer service.
I needed assistance with curtains rails ,there was no one by that department so a lady who works at the store askede to wait while she goes to look for someone who can assist me in that curtain rail department. Few minutes later a Lady called Alice with a typed name badge came to assist who is from Decor land but was very rude and in a hurry. I asked for her opinion but instead she said since I have no idea what Iam looking for she should rather go back to lunch. She showed no interest what so ever In assisting me. He might not be under Game store but she should be taught how to deal with customers. Under no circumstances will I recommend the Game store I westgate Johannesburg.
no update on cellphone claim, i personal have to keep on calling them just to remind them that They need to deliver my phone. takes them a thousand years to answer their phones. they are useless i wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone.
on the 11/03/2021 08:43 I received a call from a Lady Called Thembakazi offering their services claiming that she got my details from credit Bureau. she explain what services the company renders and offered to help me I refused she than confirmed my email Account and asked for my Physical Address and ID Number I again refused. I further on explained how I was uncomfortable sharing my details especially my ID Number. She went on and on about how they will never scam me with my ID and went as far as threatening me saying that if I do not clear my name I will never ever get a loan, I assured her that I will never ever take a Loan. she than threatened me that she will block me(i did not know that is possible) from getting a lone ever because I refuse with my details. this is unacceptable ,you cannot be looking for business and threatening consumers/customers. she needs to be taught again how to engage with customers since she is so desperate to make sales this much that she is even willing to be rude. even if i wanted your services I would not consider and I would never recommend your services to people close to me

<p>How on earth is it that a man searches a womans in the fiiting rooms, isnt that part of violating womens rights.</p> <p>To my surprise when I asked the guy who did not have a name tag and refused to give away his name, insisted that he has to thats how the operate in that Mr Price.</p> <p>How on earth are they supporting woman if this is the treatment we get, Imagine a Strange man sticking his hands inside your bag that un Acceptable behaviour someone needs to do something its upsetting really and I wont shop at that Store again.</p> <p>They should learn a thing or two from the Edgars in South Gate.</p>
