Diesel Electric in Wynberg- no stock, confused staff

I called the Diesel Electric Branch in Wynberg. I needed Shell Remula Oil 15w40 Heavy Duty. I called and I got a price, I needed a 20l which they didn’t have and they told me they have 5l only, so I told them please invoice 3 as I’m already in the area, this was at 8:30. I was told they have stock and I told them im waiting at the collection point at their store.

I’m waiting over 1hr for the invoice and to collect the item, they dispatched the incorrect oil, so I called the sales team again, then they said they completely out of stock on the oil, even in 5l.

I wasted my time and waited over 1hr for them to discover they have no engine oil in stock. I could have went to another store in this time. This store is completely useless and there’s no money for stock, there are such a big company!
