This company has shut down its business without informining its clients , here is some good news for others like myself ... contact Backspace Technologies PTY Ltd I managed to speak to Reuben 010 023 0320 .. very helpful .. your landline numbers are safe as they are the company that was actually hosting our Numbers. A big shout out to VOX for assisting me with tracing who has my number . As for Digico Telecoms Director Justin John Wheeler you could have done the right thing and informed us , instead you chose to shut doors and dissappear and leave all your clients stranded. Thanks to the good guys out there , you just got to find these gems as they do exist :)

what a joke this company is!!!!! starting a new business, we decided to go with them for our phone systems, what a mistake this has turned out to be, a month later and still no phone, all we get is b.s. stories, contradiction stories and given a massive run around. One day it's they configuring the systems, the next day oh sorry we still waiting for stock. Then they delivering this morning, now only tomorrow morning. They are costing me a massive loss of income, my clients are second guessing me and my ability to provide a service as promised, all thanks to these bunch of incompetent idiots

Digico Telecoms , we are a business and we have been struggling with Digico from the 30th Of June when we OURSELVES had to get a contact at Neotel to release or number to get ported by DIGICO , Justin did not follow up with anyone regarding this and it has been a month already we paid for the service on the 5th of August and we received a phone but the line is still not in service so we are still waiting for a response from Justin , we have been trying to contact Justin for 2 days now but Digico's phone lines is not working I have sent a email to Justin. Please can you assist us.

I got a call from Justin from Digico on 29 July 2019, after my previous review complaint. Then I got a call from another guy on 30th or 31st July. Since then nothing? My number was going to be ported to Digico Telecoms and then I would receive an email with invoice for the new phone I had to get - but it is going into 3rd week and no further feedback from anybody at Digico Telecoms?

I have just ported out my number to this so called Digico Telecoms. The ****** phone I received is forever out of signal indicating “invalid”. I basically lost my business number as none it ever able to connect to me. In addition, There is absolutely no way one can check the balance of their airtime. This useless company does not answer to email or query. Really, this is day light robbery and shoul be reported. If you are attempting to port out, beware of the consequences.

I have just ported out my number to this so called Digico Telecoms. The ****** phone I received is forever out of signal indicating “invalid”. I have written several emails to Justin & Porting email address at Digico Telecoms on 8 July, 10 July and 22 July and nobody has had the decency to respond to me. My Neotel number has now been disconnected and I have been waiting for a response to see what to do next - nobody can get hold of me due to my number not in service anymore - Can somebody please give me a call or respond to my emails. I have also tried calling their call centre - I get the same message all the time - too many calls and cannot take my call now - please try later? Seriously ? how many call centre operators do they have? one only ? I also logged a call me back request on their website - also no response from that - really horrible, slack service !!!
