Faulty phones on a 3yr contract.
Phone contract with fnb. December. Took two phone contracts. One phone gets delivered to a unknown adress in another province. One week of screaming and begging for my 2nd phone someone decide I have a different adress. One month into contract. Phone says moisture detected. Was nowhere near water or in water. Next month my partners phone says exactly the same. We can't charge the phones with usb. Takes forever. Can't use headphones. So I phoned fnb referred to these guys. That was Feb. Has reference numbers. Phoned 6times. No help in fixing. This is a 3yrs contract... phones are damaged. Now.. you can't complain about there service. There is none!
