I have been a loyal customer with Wirulink for close to 5yrs. We moved they had no coverage. We moved again and I joined them again. Life happened got better offer for work in another province. No coverage by them, I give 1months notice 22 May. Get email back (same day), confirm notice period. Radio silence. End of June comes they send me statement I owe for July. I Phone them I email them they said they had a glitch. But says i can cede my contract to someone else, like new tenants (that moved in beginning of JUNE), or i can pay cancellation fee of 8k. Here is my problem. More than a month goes by without communication. I have never received a signed copy of my contract to see terms and conditions. After new tenants moved in my old house inquiring about my line they opted to go with someone else. KT says we could cede the contract to someone else. or pay cancellation fee. All she keeps saying she understands my frustration, but they had a system glitch so i will have to pay 8k cancellation fee. How is it my fault for not receiving a copy of contract at the start. Or that no one told me about ceding my contract???. I keep phoning and leaving messages to speak to a manager but they ignore me like the plague because they know they are at fault and yet they tried to debit my account AGAIN! I am utterly so disappointed with Wirulink I have never thought that things will become so sour. Phone them they are in a meeting discussing my issue, you leave a message and radio silence again. You phone back a week later... guess what. Still discussing my issue. So people if you dont get your issues sorted.. Just keep in mind they are still discussing my issue. Because there is no manager or higher up who you can speak too. So lets see if someone answers me now!
Been on this medical aid for more than a year. Wanting to add my 2 children and my partner. Application forms done. Id's of each done. Get an email back can't load my daughter. There is no such name. Even with her ID! 10days emails back and forth. Phone calls..NO HELP! They added my son and partner still my daughter is waiting to be added. They can't even give me the correct premium. No manager to be seen. Can't speak to underwriting. Keeps saying they will escalate with reference numbers. It's month end..meaning to wait another month due to their own incompetence. The service is shocking! 10days to rectify the problem THEY CREATED because ONE PERSON WHO LOADS THE APPLICATION CANT READ! or open the ID copy to see. And this was confirmed on email. No we did not open the ID document.
If I could give zero..I would. Absolute nightmare. Smooth talker Billy and Zoe. They can't even get a lie straight. So left me without a move and without packers. Took my money. Gave back 70% after I reported him to the bank. Calling me f**** stupid for calling the bank and wanting to open a case at police. Hope you learned Billy that you can't treat people like this and expect to live a happy life. Zoe. Thank you for lying the way you did. Not having money for bubblewrap and boxes..and Billy saying you don't have money for fuel. Using 3rd parties to do their moves. Please read all the reviews. People has lost alot because of these guys. DONT USE THEM!!!!!
So wanting to rent another property and I got shot down twice. With the 3rd try I manage to find out what the reason was, me being declined. Never skipped rent, always on time and make sure payment is made in FULL. To my surprise Janine from ***lin flagged me on TPN because NOT PAYING AFTER THE GRACE PERIOD on TPN. From a grade A tenant to a B. This was last year, after ***lin forced me to hand over my house keys to the landlord after I paid for the full month and decided to move out in the middle of the month. This already left a bitter taste in my mouth as I paid in FULL. They listed me on TPN because one month they could not "find" my payment and Just proceeded to list me. No phone calls... no whatsapp... no email with regards to this. I only found out now by accident. So I call ***lin. Thembi sent me a email saying they cant update it was a MISTAKE on their side. TPN says they can. After back and forth and losing my temper, Paula said she will need to get a username and password to fix ***lins MISTAKE which I now cant rent my dream home because I look like a slow payer or bad tenant. After 20 min or so Paula let me know they fixed it, little to late!!!! DONT RENT FROM THEM unless you wanto sit with a bad TPN record!!! I am livid!
Please think twice before you use the Valley View dentist. So we were there for a sore tooth. 1 x-ray..tapped on tooth.. writtin a note to see specialist. And the dentist says. If you parents loved you they would have looked after your teeth.... wonder if her saying this was appropriate??? Sent him home with an absess, no pain meds, no antibiotics. I phoned the practice to ask about what happened. The manager refuses me to speak to dentist. But they wanto claim for a full consult from our medical aid? They did what??? Insulting the patients? Then this so called dentist was called in. Then she lies about apologizing..and just p****ed me off even more. She admitted the remark was uncalled for and said she apologized.. who did she apologized too? Was not the patient!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! YOU WILL BE BELITTLED AND HUMILATED!!! Disgusting
I have to give it to the team at ***lin. I have read the very bad reviews and was anxious about receiving my deposit back. Things did not go as planned when I gave notice and moved out of a unit. After numerous emails and whatsapps back and forth and feeling very frustrated Janene really pulled through for me as a ex tenant. ***lin you have a star employee and she knows her business. My deposit paid back within 2days and also prorata rent. Janene is a gem and looks after tenants aswell as her landlords!. Good job Janene, and good luck to you all. Regards Barbara
I am still stunned and shocked by these people. Before buying from them, please check all wiring and the vehicles computer boxes. Make sure that everything is in working order and nothing was bypassed. Dont end up like me as I was told the car needs a major service. Paid R79999 (cash) for Hyundai i20 - 26 November. ONLY got the car back yesterday the 28 January 2022. Cost to repair this car R32000 Someone - EBK or previous owner, bypassed the computer box. This car could have burned down with my son in it. As it needed a new harness and computer box. So people dont be fooled by the good service friendly people running around selling second hand broken cars! Awaiting reply from the MIOSA the Ombudsman
Absolutely devastated!!!. I am not sure how we are going to recover from this!. 26/11/2021 bought Hyundai i20 at the EBK Rosettenville branch. Everyone chipping in and helping us to look for a car. As the car we initially wanted was falling apart. Went down the road to other lot. Saw the Hyundai i20 2012 fluid model. Body looked great.. engine was clean.. oil was clean. So we took this car for a test drive around the block. Lindiwe was the sales lady and I asked her why does the car 'stutter' she kept saying it needs a major service. Great. We decided to take the car. And we first had to stop at petrol station to put in fuel as the TANK WAS EMPTY. We went back to the car lot and paid R79 999 cash. Me and my son over the moon because this is now a decent car. He dropped me off at home and he went to work. The next day (Saturday) he went to the shop. Turned the ignition, the engine turns but wont start. He phones me... an hour later the car still wont start. So I get him towed in. Same day I arrange with my trusted mechanic to do a full major service. Sunday the car starts. After driving it.. it wont start again. The 1st of December my mechanic came to fetch the car as my son cant drive it when it wont start when the engine is warm. When he started with the service he sends my son a voicenote and says.. the engine was tampered with as the coils was CLUED. He just wants us to know it was not him. Even sent us pics. R3400 ..The car comes back... the next day..the car wont start. Again when the engine is warm. Back to the mechanic, he thinks its the ignition coils. Replaces all. R1700. Next day.. the car wont start again the engine is warm. Back to mechanic.. New fuel pump. As they dont know what is wrong!! the machine shows no error. So maybe a new fuel pump will help. R2300. Next day the car wont start!!!. So lets get a second opinion. The car now idles funny. New timing chain kit. R6400! car runs smooth.. BOOM.. next day the car wont start!.. I am devastated over R14000 spent on repairs and tow ins that my mechanic says.. listen take the car to HYUNDAI and they will maybe have another machine to pick up the problem. Next day. Back to Hyundai 17 January 2022. Mam You can come fetch your car. Someone has tampered with the COMPUTER BOX. Your car needs a new HARNESS and computer box as someone tried to bypass it with other wires. COST TO REPAIR R77000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its nearly what I paid for it without the other repairs. I made contact with EBK, Lindiwe no longer working there Irfaan says I must speak to IDA the insurance. The insurance let me know today, they cant help me as I signed that I am happy and the car must go to a mechanic and they wont be held liable for any electrical, cosmetic, engine, mechanical problems. So today was the first time I actually wanted to hurt myself as I see my son cry! Dont be fooled by these so called NICE service good helping people. Selling broken cars! I cant even sell this car now!!... I have no words...
Trying to get them to cancel my medical aid is impossible!! My son went cold turkey over lockdown. Meltdown. Had to be admitted. They said..let us first do investigation. I asked them what happens now. Should i wait for my son to kill himself. They said i can take him..if they will pay..i have to wait. My son got admitted.. 1month later we were declined. R12000 i need to pay for one night stay. So..i immediately cancel my medical aid. Wrote an email...2 june 2020. Aug..i owe them 8000 in premiums. Emails after emails..they say they will investigate. Guess what..1month later. We did not get your email. For gods sake i sent Hannelie the email from 2 june that i cancelled. Get your act together medihelp. Next step is the onbudsman!!! Disgusting service.
<p>So 2015 I moved into a unit that Triskyl manage. First month I stayed there I got my first warning. Not asked what happened. Just a warning. When I replied to the email I was belittled by the receptionist and they refused to listen. PS...My son was cleaning his golf set in I bucket in our backyard and was said he was playing golf...was not what happened! But still they refused. And so came many other warnings. If you do respond they answer in such a rude manner they attack you. Now I had a lease that I renewed after my 1st year. Being a single mother our factory closed down in Dec 2016 without warning. But I made sure my rent was paid every single month and on time. Feb 2017 I paid "late" ON THE 4th! without hesitation they listed me on TPN as a late payer! After it was discussed with the landlord and approved...in 20months of renting from them I never skipped or paid after the first. ONE month....!!! So I give notice!Beginning of Feb 2017 first response... I have to pay cancellation fees and then came the emails and the threats from Carl (the principal) I was belittled beyond believe. Attacked my livelyhood. I am a single mother who has just lost my Job and looks after my sick mother plus my 2 children. I have begged with Triskyl to pay over my deposit that was way more than my rent to the owner and all I heard was sarcastic comments and belittling me, I am for not paying...ONE MONTH! Then I was told by Carl on a email that what he did to other tenants not paying by sending the sherrif and strip them of everything they own. Why did he have to discuss other tenants with me?... So Triskyl cancelled our access cards, which is against the rental law denying us access to our unit. After a huge argument with the security to access the unit so we can clean, the head of security was phoned. He came running over while we were washing walls and carpets, out of breath he says: I was phoned cause you are ripping out the carpets!... my mother and I stood there and could not believe our ears!! Now.... they wanto sue me for cancellation fees... Which the law changed by the way 20days notice. I nearly gave 2months notice. And now they are denying my handyman access to fix a door that was dented. So the charges will be added to my account. Thank you Triskyl for making my stay memorable and attacking me as a person. Please new tenants think before you rent from them. Only people that matters to them is landlords, aslong as you pay your rent keep quiet and say yes and amen to threats you will be okay!</p>
