Shocking work and appalling customer service

Assessors did a poor job on initial assessment. When additional damages were found (on 2 separate occasion) they initially rejected work and only after escalation did they then approve. The workshop they approved did horrible work and also has no idea on customer service. After the 3rd attempt by workshop to do the work, there are still outstanding items and the assessor response was that I should get the remaining items fixed at my cost and get refunded. The entire experience was bad and I suggest not using them.
