I purchased an iPhone through their site on 12 August 2025 for R12 850.00. They then sent me a phone that was firstly, definitely not new, and secondly, the wrong phone and not what was ordered.
I immediately contacted them and was given a thousand excuses. Eventually it was admitted that they did not have stock of what I ordered. I told them this is not acceptable and I want my money back.
They then tried to convince me to keep the incorrect phone they had sent, until their other stock arrives. I declined this, and told them I want my money back. They arranged collection of the phone and told me I would be refunded as soon as the phone was returned. As soon as the phone was returned, I asked when they would make payment of my refund. I was then told as per their terms and conditions, they have 7 days to refund me.
We are now going on 6 months and I have still not received my money.
The person I was dealing with made a complete mockery and joke of the entire situation and the fact that they have not paid me the money owing to me.
I have had no choice but to log a complaint with the CONSUMER GOODS AND SERVICES OMBUD, Office of the Consumer Protector and approach small claims court.
Don't waste your time or money on a *****ulent company that is clearly completely ********* and a bunch of manipulative *******.
