Not paying claims
Not happy with how they treated my cousins Lathiwe Ndyulo claim. She submitted all the paper work as requested and had you had to call me to confirm if she is my relative instead they sending her pillar to post not pay her for her claim. I am still waiting on your call to confirm that we are related and it is my mom her Aunt that passed away but you making everything difficult for her. Not advising anyone to be covered with you. They will regret it

I wouldn’t even recommend it to any one. You will regret being covered with them. Imagine when you pass on and your family is being ignored for your own funeral. Please advise why claim DGC00405** hasn’t been paid and why you guys haven’t contacted me to confirm that Lathi is my cousin since we have different surnames? We have funeral bills to cover and you making everything difficult for us.
