You don't even deserve a star, it is so disgusting of how you treat your customer's. My cousin booked a bus from Butterworth to Cape Town and the bus did not arrive. It is now dark 7pm late what is she suppose to do and go You do not care about the safety of your clients. I am soo annoyed. She better be safe.

Submitted my claim on Tuesday and up until today no feedback. I need to make funeral arrangements and leave today with my chidlren but due to your delay in paying the claim I am stuck. Been calling since tuesday and been told to wait. Why is it so much struggle for this claim to be process. You are soo unreliable.

She submitted all the documents as requested and up to date no payment made. They were suppose to call me and confirm if I am related with Lathi since we have a different surname and no call was ever made. I have funeral bills that I need to cover and you guys are delaying the investigation and for this claim to be paid out. Not happy with how they treated my cousins Lathiwe Ndyulo claim. She submitted all the paper work as requested and had you had to call me to confirm if she is my relative instead they sending her pillar to post not pay her for her claim. I am still waiting on your call to confirm that we are related and it is my mom her Aunt that passed away but you making everything difficult for her. Not advising anyone to be covered with you. They will regret it

Selected option for my order to be delivered the next day.on the next day no contact was made as to where my order is.Tracked online and it was still not shipped .few days later I track it again and comment was tht I was not available to accept my delivery.why would you deliver on a day not arranged for and still still not do any contact.Am angry how this was handled.i want my order be deliver tomorrow and my account be credited with the difference as you charge differently based on delivery requests duration.
Waited on the line for about 45 min to get hold of a consultant to resolve my app query till my phone went off. Can someone call me I don't have another 30 airtime to waste on the line.
Your driver's are nasty and don't have a way to speak to customers. When he arrived he called and immediately I got back to him and when I reached him he asked me to bribe him and if not he will cancel my order. I told him that I am not going to do it .He cancelled my order right in front of him.
