They don't even deserve one star. Over three months, I have encountered an inefficient sales team, a quote team that took wrong measurements, an installation team that tried to cover up the mistakes, owners who sent one ineffectual message response taking zero responsibility for their mistake. It is ironic that a company called Dimensions Tents don't know how to cut a stretch tent to the right size. Worse is that they tried to blame me for their obvious mistakes, they created delays in communication so that I had no choice but to pay builders to try and remedy their errors since there is not much I could do with the rain coming in and no remedy coming from the inept business. When I asked for a refund, their response was again severely delayed and they held me to ransom with a solution to simply take the tent away - no admission of error, no apology for their mistake - a so-called solution that would leave my home open to rain and crime and my son's room rendered unusable. I am still bewildered that instead of offering to replace the tent with one cut to the right size, they all tried to cover it up making me responsible to fix their mistakes. Weeks later, I have bills piling up from my builders and have had to discard all the carpets that have been ruined by the pooling water overflowing through holes they failed to secure. I urge anyone considering using Dimensions Tents to go somewhere else for their stretch tents because these guy are just the wrong fit on every level.

Dimension tents erected a tent at our guest farm and function venue for a wedding. The tent was attached to a pergola on the side of the original Cape Dutch farmhouse that is also a national monument. The tent was not erected properly and collapsed when a storm hit on the Friday night before the wedding. The collapsed tent filled with water and the weight pulled out the entire pergola structure, ripping out beams from the wall and leaving gaping holes. This happened in Oct 2021. Dimension Tents to this day have not paid a single cent. We offered to pay for all the beams and latte but Carl from Dimension Tents just blatantly ignores all correspondence. The tent was only signed off by an engineer on the Saturday after it had been moved. Do not use this company! Do not allow Dimension Tents at your venue! I can provide photos and correspondence as proof.
