Dinner Time is a scam

Before paying I asked them to confirm that they cover my area... They accepted and confirmed my order and I made payment.

On the 17th of October, the day my delivery was due late afternoon they sent a WhatsApp msg to let me know they don't deliver to my area. It was highly inconvenient as I had a function to attend directly after work and would not have time to prepare dinner.

I sent my banking details for them to refund me, I've asked for feedback on when I can expect payment but my messages are just being ignored. I'm convinced it's a scam, they confirm orders so you do the payment but have no intention of refunding your money.
