Horrible, unorganized & false advertising lies!!

That sucks!!! We were hoping for a day of excitement & fun at Dino Word Rustenburg. But upon our arrival, We went to the ticket booth to receive our entry tickets. Ticket purchases were only available online and nothing was mentioned about free access for kids under 2, so we obviously paid for 3.

We explored the dino jungle, which was probably the only thing that we enjoyed.

Next up photos at the entertainment booth, were 2 ladies insisted that we have to pay R100 a photo even though we had our own camera.. We went looking for the organizer who was nowhere to be found.

The Reptile show was basically a few snake tanks with some snakes & turtles.

Included in the ticket purchase was the fossil dig site for little ones but they told us there is no such thing available.

The museum was closed, there were only 2 jimping castles and to put the cherry on top the organzer made it very clear if we posted these horrific phots & "report our horrible experience" he would refuse our refund.

A few couples after us demander refunds as well.

For a entertainment & fun experience for kids you would think that after all thesr years of operating the they would have upgraded or have working systems in place.

P.S As a mom with a 18month old baby & all other parents i saw with infants it would be highly recommended to in stall a baby changing station & not have the staff tell me to change my baby on the cold dirty floor of a bathroom.
