I have made a purchase LAST YEAR for tickets for my family for this event. The event was canceled, postponed and whatever else. The first time this happened, i emailed and called for a refund. I kept on getting new dates even though my refund was requested.
Only on Nov 2024, after a whole year of purchasing tickets, i get a response hoping to reconsider my refund and come to this event.
My husband works out of the country and cannot take the family to this event which was placed for Sunday, 17th Nov, and i have a funeral to attend to, as a family passed away this morning.
So i cannot make it to this event and i want my FULL REFUND, this is bull**** service.
