Placed my order on Diplomat Lugagge's website on Friday 1 Apr, received the delivery before 10:00 on Monday morning 4 Apr, excellent service! Also: about 25% better price on the product than takealot! Well done1

My friend has been with diplomat luggage for the past 5/6 years now, the company doesn’t know how to treat its workers, as we are experiencing pandemic of corona, he was never assisted financially ,no communication from the owners ,when he writes to them ,they ignore him, as he is struggling financially , they never offered him a contract but he has been working for them as a casual and no casual contract was provided by the company which is against the law, he was over looked on two occasions ,they decided to hire people from outside, when he spoke with his manager at first and he was told not to worry, he will get back to him once he speaks to the owner about him becoming permanent but he was never spoken to but someone else was hired and nothing was said to him ,that is the first incident, second incident was when they were supposed to send this person to Nelspruit and never did ,they hired him and over looked my friend again ,still nothing was said to him but he kept working hard hoping he would get the Permanent position, he worked as a casual without a contract for 5/6 years cause every time they promised him something,they never delivered and kept empty promises, at one stage he was willing to even accept a offer which the manager spoke to him about him moving down Nelspruit ,still nothing was done but over looked him again and corona came ,no communication or assistance from the company has been done ,he is a loyal hard working young man and he always goes an extra mile for the company but during times like this , he is treated like trash and he was never part of the company. He was never registered for UIF ,has the owner calms that ,he didn’t know which documents he uses. Can the labour department get involved in this matter and deal with the company seriously,

Wow!! Service of the highest level. Purchased a cabin case online on Friday afternoon and accepted delivery on Monday. Being in East London, delivery for some reason usually has delays but this was not an issue for Diplomat Luggage. Well done on your excellent service. Would be nice to see other online sites following suite.

Wow!! Service of the highest level. Purchased a cabin case online on Friday afternoon and accepted delivery on Monday. I would like to thank the manager Gigi of Diplomat Luggage Sandton and his staff for their constantly outstanding customer service. Nothing is too much to ask, they are an example to other stores due to the incredible and professional way they treat their customers.

<p>I recently bought 4 Celini Luggage bags from Diplomat Luggage Sandton. The sales representatives I dealt with was Isset and Mary. The service I received was EXCELLENT!!! They go far and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. It was such a pleasure to deal with that store and those two individuals really optimises superior customer service. Should I ever need to buy another bag I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK TO DIPLOMAT SANDTON!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Diplomat for the great customer service and going the extra mile. :) </p> <p> </p> <p>Much appreciated.</p>

I recently bought a ladies polo purse, from Diplomat luggage store in Green Acres Port Elizabeth. I phoned Diplomat twice for two styles of ladies polo purses. The first time I phoned the owner's mother pricked up and was really rude over the phone. I asked her if she will be able to match Frasers price for the same purse and the she told me if I want the purse I must go to Frasers and buy it at that price and not to phone again. I still wanted to find out a price on the other style of purse and phoned the following day and the same story again. I waited a bit long and Frasers was sold out on the purses and went to Diplomat. Before buying the purse I asked to please provide a discount on the purse. That's where the she slammed her hands on the table, customers looking, and rudely shouted that's my price take it or get out of my shop. I still bought the purse. 3 days later I return the purse as it was incorrect. She and her husband started shouting, customers looking, and said she cant provide a cash refund. She treated me with utter disrespect and after a long debate did a credit refund onto my card which takes 3 days to reflect. I want to warn customers not to buy there at all
