I contacted ChefnGuests for our 10 year wedding anniversary; they were absolutely professional from start to finish. Chef Franco Buys was our personal chef for the evening, he cooked up a storm in the kitchen so we didn't have to worry about going out to a restaurant and could enjoy the evening at our own pace . And does the man know his beef! Not only did he cook us a delicious 3 course meal but he was also friendly, witty and down-to-earth. What a memorable evening, the cherry on top was that ChefnGuests chefs tidy up your kitchen afterwards, which left us to relax for the rest of the night. Keep dazzling ChefnGuests and Chef Franco!
This is the only good review you will get from me Vumatel and that is because of one of your consultants Sophy Kobe. She is the only person in your company it seems who responds to mails and who understands what customer service is. She put in effort to resolve the issues I've had and is still assisting me. Well done to you Sophy.
I placed on order on 3 June (more than a month ago) to get fibre installed. A techinician came through and I need a new fibre box installed as the current one is too far from the property and trenching outside the boundary is not allowed. A team came through yesterday but it was the wrong team who don't install boxes!! This is just one of many frustrating, infuriating interactions I have had with them. The only person who has any work ethic or concept of customer service at Vumatel is a consultant named Sophy Kobe. She is responsive, helpful and puts in effort to resolve customer issues. If only the rest of Vumatel staff would follow her example and not drag the company's reputation through the mud with service that is pathetic and worse than Telkom and Eskom combined. Get your act together Vumatel.
I ordered a link on 16 October, it's been more than 2 months of sending e-mails and phoning their call centre. I have ordered from them before with no hassles but their service was disappointing and terrible when it came to this one order. The lady Rochelle who actually answered the phone after several times of me calling promised a refund last Friday but nothing has come of it.
Thank you to Taariq for his dazzling customer service. He was extremely patient, professional and gracious and was always ready to answer the many questions I had about our cruise. What a pleasure to speak to him on the phone, I always had the reassurance that my query would handled efficiently and effectively. Taariq, you are an excellent example of what good customer service should be!
Thank you to Christine from the foreign exchange department in Absa Sandton City. I ordered forex from her last December and found her to have such a pleasant and professional attitude; she was also very knowledgeable about the products I inquired about. Christine even made the hassle of filling out paperwork an efficient and seamless one , she is one of the shining examples of great customer service at this branch.
I would like to thank the manager Gigi of Diplomat Luggage Sandton and his staff for their constantly outstanding customer service. Nothing is too much to ask, they are an example to other stores due to the incredible and professional way they treat their customers.
I shopped for the first time at the Jet store in the Glen on Wednesday 22 July. I brought my purchases to the cashier Memory Sibanda (her name is on my receipt). Memory stared at me arrogantly then stared at my purchases and did nothing. I ignored this initial rudeness and waited. She then proceeded to take the items one by one at a snail's pace. I handed over my debit card at which point her attitude worsened. She almost grabbed the card out of my hand and swiped it. She then handed it back as if I had a contagious disease and rudely tossed the receipt and pen in my direction. PLEASE do your store a favour and fire this ignorant, rude staff member who gave me the most offensive, pathetic service I have ever experienced. She is a disgrace to your brand and does not deserve to be employed by you.
