I have been buying Nomination for almost 30 years! On 13 March 2025 I saw two bracelets that I wanted to buy! I confirmed the bracelets on 17 March 2025! Notmally the bracelets need to be extended and this time Inwas told the bracelets had to be sent to Johannesburg and it will take one week to arrive in Cape Town! Normally the extensions were done by the manager of the store but as she is on maternity leave it had to go to Johannesburg! I called on 27 March 2025 twice to the store no answer! I called for the third time and the shop assistant Byden answered! Hempromided to get back to me and never dis so I had to call again! The bracelets arrived only on 01 April 2025 nobody called me! Arshaya tye acting store manager called me yesterday to advise me that the bracelets arrived two days ago after a delay of a week! I then told Arshaya that I am not satisfied and this have to be escalated to Jacky one of tue senior staff at Nomination! By tye way the last time I had a long discussion with Jacky about the same issue about extra links being available and nothing was done! According to Arshaya, Jacky advised I can write an email if I wish to elevate this!! So much for customer care! I have bought hundreds of thousands worth of Nomination and have refered so many people whom bought from the Cape Town nomination store! Today I want everybody to know it is wonderful brand but the service is non-existend and poor! I will most certainly never buy from them again and defintitely not deal with Jacky as senior manager whom have no regard for her clients! I find it actually disgusting!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered it diring December and there was no notice on their website whatsoever about a festive break they were taking during this time. I ordered a necklace for a birthday present and now I won’t receive my order on time. Furthermore after I found out about the break they were taking they notified that all orders during that time will be dispatched on the 6th of January. I still have received no response on the status of my order. Never ordering from them ever again.

My son ordered and paid for a bracelet and link on the 24th September 2024 today is the 9th of Ovtober 2024 he has still not received his order, with one email response that they will send it with overnight courier but no reference number, very bad service, do not buy at their online shop.

There is absolutely ZERO customer service, e-mails are ignore, telephone number never answer and if you get hold of someone on alternative numbers they have no idea if they are coming or going. They have no idea who is who and who, what or where to reach anybody! I will never use the online shopping ever again!

I was supposed to get my order delivered to me on the latest last Friday 10 May 2024 for the order I've placed on Sunday the 5th May 2024. I never received my order and on your website it stated that the delivery takes 2 - 5 wording days. My order is taking more than 2-5 working days, and my order is for my mom she was supposed to get on Mother's day. You guys are contradicting and breaching your own policy. From Thursday till Sunday, the status of my parcel still reflected "Still to be collected....." When I phoned Courier Guys on Sunday, they come up with bull**** lies that it was collected...then they say it was collected on Thursday late... and then later say ooh it was only collected Friday.... SOOO WHAT IS IT???? DO THEY EVEN KNOW???! I phoned the again and now they say that there was an issue with the collecting of the parcel from Nomination and that they will call be back to advise further.....I am still waiting for their call.... SO WHAT IS HAPPEN WITH MY ORDER?????.... AND WHY WAS IT NOT DELIVERED TO ME ON FRIDAY...IT IS NOT MY JOB TO MAKE SURE THAT THE COURIER PICK THE PARCEL UP IN TIME AND THAT THEY DO PICK IT UP AND DELIVER IN TIME...IT YOUR JOB, SEEING THAT NOMINATION IS PROVIDING THIS ONLINE SERVICE.....PLEASE SORT OUT MY ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tried phoning the Online & Support number the whole morning, it is just ringing, and nobody is picking up....so much for having a phone number........ This if the most pathetic service I've received from Nomination SA online. They got no care or customer service for their customers and making sure their customers gets their order....... I won't recommend people to buy from Nomination SA online - you will be left in the dark about your order.

This company has no customer service. I purchased my third bracelet from Bella Luna in menlyn. After 3 weeks of wearing my bracelet, it started fading. Long story short, we returned the bracelet, we are supposedly to pay an additional amount to have the bracelet repaired. This after 3 weeks of purchase. To date we have not received no further communication. Utterly disappointed. Won't recommend Nomination SA. Not worth the price!!!
