This company has no customer service. I purchased my third bracelet from Bella Luna in menlyn. After 3 weeks of wearing my bracelet, it started fading. Long story short, we returned the bracelet, we are supposedly to pay an additional amount to have the bracelet repaired. This after 3 weeks of purchase. To date we have not received no further communication. Utterly disappointed. Won't recommend Nomination SA. Not worth the price!!!

As a young student, I opted to support makro with regards to my appliances that I needed at my new apartment. After shopping around with my hard earned money, makro appeared to give the best prices and services. Pretty much to my dismay!!! To date I haven't received my order, I used my airtime to call but I haven't received any update.. very disappointed
Worst experience ever. I have never experienced such terrible service from a registered bank. After numerous calls to the customer services, 30mins of airtime, and two visits to the branch, I still have no access to my online banking.
I had a terrible experience at Woolworths Matlosana Mall Klerksdorp. I returned a jacket and my daughter wanted to repurchase the same jacket. After following covid protocols and waiting for the jacket to be steamed for 45 mins the same jacket disappeared. I was humiliated by staff members and left the store with no jacket and tears in my eyes. Sad to say that I experienced real disappointment and utter disgust. I will not name and shame the staff members but what you did was not normal behavior.

My student daughter required bar stools for her bachelor flat. Rochester online had the perfect set but delivery would not be in time. We contacted numerous stores inc customer care but were unsuccessful. Fortunately on our last call we reached Themba at Rochester Zambezi. He was able to complete our purchase in less than 30mins. Thank you for the excellent service and keeping us updated. The chairs arrived in the North west in time for our house warming on Valentines day.

Placed an order on the 17 dec 2020. Havent received my order. No response to my emails and customer care line is out of order
