My cousin went overseas and had some problems like her passport been withheld. I called DIRCO on Friday afternoon 15h00, nearly knock off time, but was greeted by such a friendly human 🥰 Moses. This already made me feel comfortable as I was stressed out it's Friday and nearly time to leave. Moses transferred me to the most amazing lady by the name of Ida Coetzee, I gave her the details of the situation, she gave me her email address for my cousin to communicate directly with her and within a couple of minutes my cousin was sorted out. Ida I hope your bosses get to see this and recognize what a gem you are to the Department and our Country and Our Government. I sincerely hope Ramaphosa sees this!!
