I expressed my disgust in Rain a couple of days ago, where I questioned the fact that they gave me an opportunity and or option to part pay on account and pay another amount later. As I stressed this matter previously, they ********* and use bullying tactics. They rep**** to my email but no one has called me nor emailed me wrt my account!! Gosh what kind of organization is this?? Again they disconnected my services this morning!!! FOR WHAT???😡😡😡 IT IS NOT MONTH END YET!!! Please HELLOPETER Let this review go viral or post it publicly. It seems Rain just do not care on improving their standards. A week ago I received a notification on my App that I could do a Part pay of R279 and pay the rest off. I done that and they immediately my services were reinstated/switched on. Today they disconnected my service again and offer another part pay of R559. I mean it's not even month end yet! They offered me the opportunity to pay off. Please expose these people for their ********* behavior. They bring out the worst in one honestly 😡😡😡
Good morning I am reaching out to your platform once again due to the ********* business practice of Rain. This is becoming so ridiculous honestly. I am furious with the idea that they think they can do as they please and not comply with the Law. For everyday of over 1 week they have tried getting money out of my Bank account! This was not a debit order, but a card purchase payment! None of these were authorized by me!! These amounts were R347.00 then suddenly increased to R480.00. Who the HELL do they think they are???? It's direct disrespect to me!! HelloPeter please publish my complaint so that the public can see what they about! I have told the consultant that contacted me a week ago, that if Rain do not stop scratching in my account without my permission, my next step is going to be the consumer court!! They continue their ********* behavior and victimization. Please assist me now to take this matter further. Please let my review be out there and not private. After my last complaint about Rain, I managed to speak to one their customer care consultants, I requested a more Senior person in the company call me, preferably a credit control manager, and this I request with all respect! I also have asked for a detailed statement of my account so that I can reconcile, send them a report of my reconciliation and the same from them would be appreciated. I assured the agent that after I have done my recon and we discover that I am in arrears, I will take full responsibility, but for now I am disputing this!! The other and critical dispute I have is that they just go into my bank account and try and debit!! I received an email not long after my call from their support, instructing me of their policies, no statement as I requested. I rep**** to that email, and quoted them on National Credit Act (90)2 and section 124 This morning they attempted to deduct again!! Then 10 minutes later suspended my services!!
Same story over and over again. I am convinced that this company has no etiquette at all!! They debit my bank account without my permission,which is *****ulent btw, they have not yet given me a full breakdown or reconciliation of my account. They sent me an email to set a date and time to call me, I rep**** to the request and I am still waiting for the call! They victimize one by suspending your services to get their way!! To top it all, I have come onto this platform so many times complaining about their business ethics and they just wipe their asses off on us!! I feel they are violating my consumer rights and drastic steps has to be taken!!
Once again I am having a problem with them. They debit my bank account without my authorization, my balance owing to them is always double the amount , best of all they do not communicate with their clients and just disconnect services. This company is really the pits!! I honestly dont know why I am still with them.
My cousin went overseas and had some problems like her passport been withheld. I called DIRCO on Friday afternoon 15h00, nearly knock off time, but was greeted by such a friendly human 🥰 Moses. This already made me feel comfortable as I was stressed out it's Friday and nearly time to leave. Moses transferred me to the most amazing lady by the name of Ida Coetzee, I gave her the details of the situation, she gave me her email address for my cousin to communicate directly with her and within a couple of minutes my cousin was sorted out. Ida I hope your bosses get to see this and recognize what a gem you are to the Department and our Country and Our Government. I sincerely hope Ramaphosa sees this!! This is what we need....this is the meaning of UBUNTU ✊🏻✊🏻

A week ago I expressed my disgust in their services, accounting skills and credit control, where I raised the concern of how my account is calculated and how I am bul**** by disconnecting my service unless I pay the amount that is required or stipulated on their App or a notification via texts. I have not been contacted since to at least discuss this unpleasantness as well we do a reconciliation. No that's not Rains way of doing things it seems. I have taken a screenshot from the App for your information to understand what I actually mean. The amount I must pay is R769, and I am sticking to that. This is getting ridiculous now honestly 😡😡
A few weeks ago I expressed my disgust in their services, where I was disconnected because of their ignorance in accountancy and or credit control. As I explained in the previous post, according to rain i was disconnected because of an outstanding balance. I did not argue that because I was aware of a small amount outstanding, and when speaking to a consultant about 2 weeks ago we confirmed my payment of R559.00 on the 6th November 2023, however i still need to make a payment R 769.00. So I called in again and spoke to the arrogant unprofessional untrained consultant, where he informed me that the amount due to pay by the 1st December 2023 R769.00 I confirmed this with him a good couple of times, and he agreed and confirmed!! So now we get to the 1st of December...low and behold, I cant even say to my surprise, because I think this is how this company operates....on my App an amount due R1298,58😱🤷🏼♀️ I contact them on Monday morning the 4th December 2023, and I am informed that my my account was written off and in order to reinstate I must the amount outstanding and then reapply!? No these people are Opportunists and obviously dont have any business ethics!! Are the owners/Directors even aware of how their company is Operating??
