<p>I cancelled the contract on the 13/09/2016 from Telkom but no they charge me termination penalty while i didn't use the product and it was in a cooling off period. They keep on giveing me reference number : ********** 9 and A ********** 3. Last month i receive the voucher for both contracts that I still have with Telkom apologising about this cancelled product but i'm still charged for termination penalty How? How come you apologise for giving your customer the wrong product at the end you charge the customer for termination pernalty? </p>
