Can someone kindly explain how the RMS billing system works I mean even when the electricity is switch off due to low credit the bill still debits some amounts on it

Please can you look at this account . Telkom have been charging me for an Huiwawei 20 pro black for 9 months of around R950 plus . Which I don’t even own . I picked up the error late and went in store to complain. They logged it 3 times and I logged it online . No feedback , no call , nothing for 2 months now . I was always wondering why my account would be so high . But now I picked up the issue . The call Centre is really poor offering no solution . Someone will call me . The shop tell me to communicate with the call Centre . I’m tired of calling and holding for 30min and longer then nothing happens . You need to get better quality s****ed staff in the call Centre ASAP . We all work is a sales environment. You might offer an affordable product but the after service is so poor . <p>I cancelled the contract on the 13/09/2016 from Telkom but no they charge me termination penalty while i didn't use the product and it was in a cooling off period. They keep on giveing me reference number : ********** 9 and A ********** 3. Last month i receive the voucher for both contracts that I still have with Telkom apologising about this cancelled product but i'm still charged for termination penalty How? How come you apologise for giving your customer the wrong product at the end you charge the customer for termination pernalty? </p>
