Please can you look at this account . Telkom have been charging me for an Huiwawei 20 pro black for 9 months of around R950 plus .
Which I don’t even own . I picked up the error late and went in store to complain.
They logged it 3 times and I logged it online . No feedback , no call , nothing for 2 months now . I was always wondering why my account would be so high .
But now I picked up the issue . The call Centre is really poor offering no solution .
Someone will call me . The shop tell me to communicate with the call Centre .
I’m tired of calling and holding for 30min and longer then nothing happens . You need to get better quality s****ed staff in the call Centre ASAP .
We all work is a sales environment. You might offer an affordable product but the after service is so poor .
