Capitec bank has failed to assist me with my identity theft issue still 2014 to date I’ve went to the branch wanting to do a card but couldn’t get verified because my identity was ****** I logged a case but nothing happened to this day no response or urgency on it
This is by far the worst medical aid I had to deal with I’ve been trying to add my daughter since September no sense of urgency from customer service always sending me from pillar to post yet I pay my medical aid every month. I never struggled this bad to add my son it was seamless but not with my daughter I feel like it’s useless I’ll end up changing medical aids
FNB should improve its payment reversal process My aunt lost R10k that she accidentally deposited in someone else’s account she was told by the Mabopane FNB branch that she must contact the recipient herself to ask for the money back and then open a case My question is what is the use for the payment reversal process? If we then have to do the whole job ourselves? The branch staff was so nonchalant and we lost R10000 whereas it could’ve been reversed after they saw it in the clients account. Such a reputable bank but with nonfunctional processes
If I could rate them a no star I would I pay R625 every month for no connectivity just a useless device and its service provider I would recommend it to my worst enemy
I’m annoyed by the level of how Bankmed handles adding a new dependent even after doing everything they required and signing everything required they still send me the same email to say there are things outstanding I am furious right now because I’ve been with this medical aid for years and when I added my 1st I didn’t struggle this much

My first purchase with home choice at Cresta and the experience is totally horrible. My order was captured incorrectly even when I specifically mentioned what i wanted but paid with PayJustNow for the correct order However the incorrect order was not cancelled and I’m getting emails that it’s dispatched and I still have to pay for it Make it make sense please home choice
