Useless and pathetic customer service for new member
This is by far the worst medical aid I had to deal with I’ve been trying to add my daughter since September no sense of urgency from customer service always sending me from pillar to post yet I pay my medical aid every month. I never struggled this bad to add my son it was seamless but not with my daughter I feel like it’s useless I’ll end up changing medical aids10 replies

Disappointed is an understatement
My first purchase with home choice at Cresta and the experience is totally horrible. Pathetic and Useless Medical Aid
I can’t wait for the day I stop using this pathetic medical aid paying almost over 4k I still can’t get assistance with chronic illnesses benefits for high risk pregnancy clexane injections even when my gynaecologist has provided them with 2 codes to use Yooh I’m defeated that time I pay but the useless service we get from Bankmed is ridiculous I wish GEMs was open for everyone to use!!!4 replies
