I have contacted clientele rewards to claim thr travel reward by means of booking a bus. The agent is so rude and unfriendly telling me to read the t&c about the 24hr waiting period to book a bus. The terms and conditions of the rewards for booking a bus does not state 24hr waiting period. It says proof of payment must be faxed or emailed to receive the booking confirmation code. I phoned 4 times and the very same agent answered and keeps on slamming the phone down in my ears. Shame on you u clientele thats not the way to treat your clients that would like to make use of their rewads

In the past two months been sent to pillar to post just to redeem my vouchers and coupon. Your consultant not even trustworthy, always promising to call back or to escalate my claim, but no one got back to me... always have to call them for feedback or updates I am spending a lot of my air time calling, just to redeem my vouchers, because your USSD method is not helping me in any way. Vouchers are not even working. in some occasion felt embarrassed just to use my coupon or voucher because they might no be working.
