In the past two months been sent to pillar to post just to redeem my vouchers and coupon. Your consultant not even trustworthy, always promising to call back or to escalate my claim, but no one got back to me... always have to call them for feedback or updates I am spending a lot of my air time calling, just to redeem my vouchers, because your USSD method is not helping me in any way. Vouchers are not even working. in some occasion felt embarrassed just to use my coupon or voucher because they might no be working.
<p>in these holiday seasons schedule time of closing were share. on 29th December went to a gym a bit late 45 min before closing time after my 15 mins session rushed to a shower, after taking a shower floor assistance tell they are closing they want to close with a very bad attitude znd most def zero customer service. what got me ****ed is he disrespected me by saying wont be loosing weight as i was talking back to. instead of motivating me he discouraged more especially as i am a costumer. he even told me straight that my complain wont go anywhere.</p> <p>by saying that it means, thats how he has been treating costumers.
