I would not recommend this service provider to anyone. They are putting a block on your phone and controlling your personal information via that Thinkadam App. Things is supposed to be personal they can see it with your permission. They are violating the Popia act as they do it without your permission. I cancelled my contract and was asked to give the collection address which i did now they say they can't collect the device anymore and i must pay a cancellation fee. I dont want the device as they have blocked it and the account is up to date and not in arrears. BLUE LABLE CONNECT DOES ALSO NOT BOOST YOUR CREDIT PROFILE SO THEIR CONTRACT ARE USELESS AND DOES NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

Till date the vehicle have not been registered in my name I have paid 2 installments already and they are refusing to do my Personalized Number Plate. This is the worse service that I have ever received and their after sales Manager **** is just as useless. The car they sold me is badly resprayed and had a mechanical fault when they sold it. I would not refer people to this dealership they are just taking peoples money. Poor service</div>

I have contacted clientele rewards to claim thr travel reward by means of booking a bus. The agent is so rude and unfriendly telling me to read the t&c about the 24hr waiting period to book a bus. The terms and conditions of the rewards for booking a bus does not state 24hr waiting period. It says proof of payment must be faxed or emailed to receive the booking confirmation code. I phoned 4 times and the very same agent answered and keeps on slamming the phone down in my ears. Shame on you u clientele thats not the way to treat your clients that would like to make use of their rewads
