Bad Service

Unfair and Disappointing service I made the appointment earlier for 3:50pm. I arrived and waited for my Son turn with Sister Deirdre Van Tonder and our time came and I was told by her that she can’t connect with the Dr online. To my suprise she told me to wait outside amd attended the other clients. I have waited for about 40 minutes and she has been in with those customers As she mentioned to me that the system is not working why did she go in with the other clients or is it that they are more important and paying more than what I was going to pay. I waisted my time and petrol by booking for the appointment only to be returned by an *********** person who refused to attend my son who was sick by lying that the system is not working
