I visited the hospital on the 21st Aug 24 for having a lower back pain and I was given the drip and taken for the X-rays. The X-rays came back and the casualty doctor and told me to see the surgeon for the spine. I was discharged while still in severe pain and the doctor gave the prescription for pain tablets. I went back to the hospital on the 25th Aug 24 for the same pain and I asked the doctor to check if my pain is not related to the kidney stones and the doctor referred to for the CT scan. The scan came back showing the I have one kidney stone on the left kidney and the casualty doctor advised that the specialist advised not to admin me citing that the stone is small and cannot cause the severe pain I’m having. When I tried to explain to the casualty doctor that no one can come to the hospital for fun and ask to be admitted. He then told me that there’s not much he can do as the specialist has spoken. I was was then released to go back home with the severe pain I was having and no one couldn’t be bothered. I will never set my foot in this hospital again. I would rather drive to Pretoria so I can get help from your hospital. My medical aid just paid half a million the months my wife was admitted from June to July 24 and I receive this bad service. I’m still in pain and I was told to go home with the pain but my medical aid will be deducted for nothing.
Unfair and Disappointing service I made the appointment earlier for 3:50pm. I arrived and waited for my Son turn with Sister Deirdre Van Tonder and our time came and I was told by her that she can’t connect with the Dr online. To my suprise she told me to wait outside amd attended the other clients. I have waited for about 40 minutes and she has been in with those customers As she mentioned to me that the system is not working why did she go in with the other clients or is it that they are more important and paying more than what I was going to pay. I waisted my time and petrol by booking for the appointment only to be returned by an *********** person who refused to attend my son who was sick by lying that the system is not working Regards Tshepo

I submitted a claim on the 4th June 24 and I have made more 20 follow up with the call centre and to date I’m still waiting for my claim to be captured so they can refund my money that I have paid. Everytime I call them I’m told different stories everyday. I can’t wait to cancel this stupid medical aid
I went to the returns department to take back my Magneto 600 inverter which was bought between September & October 23. Upon arriving I was assisted by a lady called Siphokazi Khumalo who was extremely rude to me. I explained the reason I bought the inverter was because I use it for my camping company. When she booked it in I had explained to her that the report she wrote for the supplier my misleading as she has claimed my device had scratches as it only had a tiny scratch which was not even deep. I ask her to fix what she wrote and she left me while waiting for her to fix the mistake and she went and assisted the customer that came after me. When I ask her were do I need to sign as my item was booked in she then picked the phone and called someone and she the person my come to the returns department to assist this boring customer which happens to me. I then ask her that she can’t speak to the customer like that she turned and said this is my name if I want to complain. The sad thing I have spent too much money buying the inverter and when it has issues you are been insulted as if she’s doing me favor to assist me. I don’t think I will ever spent my hard earned money for the Makro stores.
Dear Sir /Madam On 15 August 2023 I purchased a Defy top loader washing machine from Makro Carnival. I started using the machine on Friday the 18th and discovered that the machine was not working properly and would pause mid cycle. On Saturday I went to Makro Carnival to inform them of the challenge I was having with the said machine, I was advised by the sales consultant to return the machine as it was still within the 14 days as per the store policy. On Sunday I took the machine to the returns department where by the manager, Trishen Kemraj refused to take the machine back telling me that I must the machine and they will send a technician to come fix the machine, to which I do not agree with .As hoe can I have a machine that used only once getting fixed instead of getting a replacement machine as I am still within the 14 day window. I am extremely disappointed as the my insurer has suggested that they could issue a Take a lot voucher for my broken machine which thus new machine was meant to replace but I asked them to rather provide a Makro voucher. The level of service given makes me wish I had just gone with the vendor initially suggested by my insurer. I left my Defy top loader machine with Trishen Kamrej In store as he refused to exchange it nor refund it. You don’t even deserve the one star.
