Security Incident – 15 June 2025
Dear Yellow Peter,
I am writing this complaint directly to you to bring to your attention a serious incident that occurred at your store on 15 June 2025 at approximately 12:42 pm.
After purchasing a Zamburg at the till, I was stopped at the entrance by a security guard who accused me of being “stubborn” and physically assaulted me by slapping me across the face. Shortly afterwards, another security guard came running and tried to attack me as well. I was forced to flee the store and was pursued all the way to Carton Centre.
This incident was humiliating, physically harmful, and a violation of my rights as a customer. It is unacceptable for store security to treat any person this way.
