Not happy with them at all. this is the email i have sent them which they not taking my matter seriously. Dear Sir /Ma'am

Thank you for your response i have been waiting and they don't respond from Sunday and yesterday as the last consultant said after i have sent the form to update my information they will send a withdrawal form i have sent them an email right now requesting information that they did say what information are they looking for. Right now I have been evicted from the place that i was renting as i did explain to the email that i don't have any source of income and to buy food for my kids and for them to go to school. Which i believe that I have a right to have the money.
