Not happy with them at all. this is the email i have sent them which they not taking my matter seriously. Dear Sir /Ma'am Thank you for your response i have been waiting and they don't respond from Sunday and yesterday as the last consultant said after i have sent the form to update my information they will send a withdrawal form i have sent them an email right now requesting information that they did say what information are they looking for. Right now I have been evicted from the place that i was renting as i did explain to the email that i don't have any source of income and to buy food for my kids and for them to go to school. Which i believe that I have a right to have the money.

Discovery retirement group I’m very disappointed with the service. I submitted my retirement fund claim but I haven’t received any update or feedback. As i'm no longer working i don't have any income i have kids that need school uniform and books let alone food for them to eat i need that money so that i can be able to provide for my kids and the shelter

Good day Russell thank you for your email the lady called me regarding the loan how ever she told me to go the Branch to complete as they had an error from they side im go with my ID , to my surprise i was told that they don't complete the application on the Branch and two when the checked the loan of R50000.00 was withdraw ,So now i want to know how was it been approved and get declined when they do the payment Till to day i really don't know what is going on with ABSA :Ref number C-23612040.

the loan was approved of an amount of R 51207.50 today the agreement was sent to me after 15 mins i got a call saying they can't do the payment cos the loans it been declined when they do the pay out to my account ,I never had about something like that if the loan is declined they tell you before they send you the agreement and the Frist payment date was going to be 28/02/2023 the end payment will be 30/04/2027 repayment amount was going to be R 98255.20 Ref number :42279168685

good day im not happy with Fnb they say i applied for Covid 19 cashflow relief fund which i never apply for it as i wasn't working at that time and my app wasn't working now they take my account for collects for the loan i didn't apply for of the amount of R16803.38 i have been explaining to ever one that calls me about this account that i never apply of it

Good morning Customer Care Still i haven't got any updates from FNB as they promised they will resolve the matter after i sent them the invoice that was requested last week Wednesday by Lunga and now Nompumelelo she not giving me any updates as well, Which i did explain that i was consulting for Loli Ngwane as they paid me that amount . And did gave them all the information they wanted on the email i would like to know what the why they haven't given me any updates , And why did he promised that the matter will be resolved soon if i sent him the invoice as per his email :Complaint Reference 4972501NF

Frozen account
Good day im not happy will service that i have recieved at FNB Fraud Department it's been months now still no resolution from them as they Freeze my account and did provided them with the full documents that they requested from me . The most stressing i have been communicating with Lunga Bottoman he doesn't respond if he respond it will be after a month or not at all . The last when i spoke to him he need the invoice so that he can resolve the matter till today the matter is still not been resolved .
