Discovery Invest ignoring their clients
I get a monthly Annuity pay out but on 24 April 2026 I requested Discovery Invest to adjust my tax rate lower. They acknowledged my letter and confirmed it will be implemented.
However on 6 May 2026 I received my pay out but the tax deducted was the normal high rate and my request was never implemented. I am battling to get this addressed since 6 May 2026 but no result. Their response is so slow and the staff dealing with clients not up to scratch.

15 May 2026, 05:31Well - here we are, nearly 2 weeks since my original complaint. Still no answer for such a simple matter of deducting the wrong tax. I cannot believe Discovery is taking soooo long to correct this....maybe, just maybe it is time to move my investment to a more capable company.
