I think the people complaining do not know perfume. I bought two bottles Boss from this company and it smelled and looked like the real thing. The price was a bargain as well. I will buy from them again.
I have been battling with Dyson SA for Rollers for the Dyson Wash G1 machine but they have been telling me they are sourcing such from oversees. now they do not respond via email and have gone quiet on me. For such expensive equipment they are pathetic - to say the least and the public should stay away from them. I have been dealing with a person called Razia but does not respond to any emails.
I recently bought clothing from Senqu Online in Durban. This was shipped with Fastway Couriers. When the items were delivered, the box was vandalized and several clothing items were missing. I am still awaiting Fastway to inform me of the compensation for the missing items and my emails have not been answered. Stay away from Fastway!
I recently placed two orders with Senqu and when these arrived, it was opened and several items missing. I informed Senqu but to get a solution and comms out of them is painful. They are really bad online and support is non existent. Potential shoppers stay away!
I bought two Hibiscus plants online on 30 March 2025 - order #58578. After several follow ups I was told my plants will ship 8 April 2025 due to the heat experienced in Cape Town - which is utter bull. still has not shipped. No comms from these guys and they are actually very poor. I will not recommend them.
I moved recently to Metrofibre from MWEB and in what should have been a pleasant experience, turned into a nightmare. Needless to say my Internet through a 250Mbps never worked and the layback approach taken to solve my issue is unheard off. I am cancelling and moving somewhere where my business is appreciated and issues solved as quickly as possible.
I bought a puppy through PetzRush recently and had dealings with Martin. He was oversees but still took my call and the same evening I had my puppy. I was informed when I will get my puppy and Martin did not disappoint. It is a real pleasure, pleasing experience doing business with PetzRush against so many ****ms these days. I will never go anywhere else for my dog needs as I know PetzRush is it in for proper customer service and sticking to their timeframes. Quality product, company is very strict that the client is happy and the final product is according to their advertised standard.
Today was my first interaction with this company and what a surprise I got! I had email communications at first and my questions were swiftly answered and was then invited to visit their shop and their I was assisted by Jannie Lubbe. He gave me a few options for my load shedding challenge and it was clear he knows his stuff! The solution I agreed upon was swiftly assembled and tested and I was made so welcome I will most definitely not go anywhere else. These guys are top class!
I bought an item online early December 2022 (MAK4163328) and failure by Makro to deliver on time I bought the same item from another company. I asked Makro Help Centre to cancel this order and after 12 calls this still has not been cancelled. I never received the item and do not want it and want a refund. They are really poor!
