R690 to R1300? NOT ON!!!
******IONATE premium increase from R690 to R1300 (88% hike!) for life cover. Unacceptable lack of consideration for loyal clients. Clearly prioritizing profits. How do you quantify/justify such a hike??? Totally unacceptable.

20 Feb 2026, 10:26This still doesn't resolve my issue. Where was it ever communicated that when I don't have your vitality product then I'm subjected to an 80 percent increase in premiums.
Please make sure to cancel my cover immediately, also ensure that no premiums go off my account.
