******IONATE premium increase from R690 to R1300 (88% hike!) for life cover. Unacceptable lack of consideration for loyal clients. Clearly prioritizing profits. How do you quantify/justify such a hike??? Totally unacceptable.

TAKEN FROM PILLAR TO POST WITH NO ASSISTANCE. None of the agents are able to assist with cancelling my plan all of them keep transferring my call. I need urgent cancellation as I am no longer in need of the service. Please treat this with urgency as I do not want another debit going off from you guys please.

Another bunch of ****mers. Had an incident on the 22nd of April and these fools only want to contact me today (21st May) now that i want to cancel their pathetic service. I know we all want to save on premiums but trust you me you'll be wasting your money on this company.
Worst service from Telkom. Absolute bull****. Been put on mute for the past 35 minutes for no apparent reason. I recently upgraded to a 2TB package for my home internet but the internet sped is not what was sold to me at point of sale. I spoke to Nokwanda Radebe who doesn’t actually know her product who assisted me with the sale only to find that she sold me a lie. Spoke to Portia Mtombeni who was supposed to escalate my complaint but didn’t. Ive been a client for over 3 years with telkom and I swear it’s been a nightmare. Total ****. These agents don’t even know how to transfer my call to the correct departments. It’s been a ****ty day with Telkom. Poor Service.
Very bad customer service. They keep debiting my account however I am unable to claim for my warranty service. A bunch of crooks. You’ll better pay back my money or settle my damn claim. You guys are crooks and have a bad team of servicing desk consultants very rude with little on no knowledge of the product.
Poor poor service. I have been assisted by Lesley Ann as she has been my claim handler. My communication to her has been ignored. She become very rude and unruly when interacting and never gives a clear direction of what will be happening next. MFC has really proven to be the worst. My account has been paid up for over 2 weeks now but I’m only getting feedback of the account closure today. No one is willing to assist me regarding the refund that is due to me.
Very bad and racist service at Spar Walkerville. Hendrick Slang at Spar in Walkerville is very rascist and provided bad service today (17/11/2019). Im totally not impressed as this is a store a visit daily as it is in my proximity. I picked a few items that were my grocery list took them to the till were it was canceled for no valid reason by the manager i had to stand a new line and wait again. Clicking his tougue and mocking my language, something i didnt expect from a store manager. I expect action to be taken into consideration to rectify this issue i encountered.
