Useless

I quoted for a Life insurance policy submitted documents from doctors over 4 months ago. When I raised the first complaint they decided to call and claim they were looking into my case. The condition I had was cured and all but to date they have not come back to me.

The worst part is that they even have access to my medical records since I have been a client. So why not just tell me straight you are rejecting my application?
