I quoted for a Life insurance policy submitted documents from doctors over 4 months ago. When I raised the first complaint they decided to call and claim they were looking into my case. The condition I had was cured and all but to date they have not come back to me. The worst part is that they even have access to my medical records since I have been a client. So why not just tell me straight you are rejecting my application?
I submitted a personal medical attendant report on the 8th of December to date no one has contacted me to finalise my life policy.
I have never been made to feel like a fool the way I was made to feel by the Vodacom Consultant I communicated to today. I purchased 600MB at 13:31 by 13:39 it was gone and I had not used it. Mind you my apps do not refresh in the background and after purchasing the data I put the phone down did not use it. I call in and I speak to lady called Ntombi. I explain what happened and she asks questions which I answer and I tell her that my phone has never done this before this is the first time experiencing. I explain to her a number of times that this has never happened and I have not used any apps that use a lot of data and in anyway this data was gone in 5 minutes without me using it. Please tell me why this lady tells me I should take my phone for service the same way I would take a car for service. This is amongst the undermining things she said to me on this call making me seem like I am crazy. Telling me about how she uses 10G of data in a day on her iPhone which does not apply to me in anyway as I do most of my things on Wi-Fi and my data is back up of when I am away from Wi-Fi. I made it clear that I am offended with the manner she is communicating to me, and she refused to transfer me to someone else as I specifically said I no longer want to speak to her anymore. Is this the way Vodacom trains its consultants to disrespect people and treat them like fools?
I communicated with an agent to upgrade my discovery and make arrangements for my current membership missed premium. Now I get an email that my vitality is cancelled I am really confused.
I submitted a warranty claim last week. I submitted documents on Monday was advised my claims would be paid within 24 to 48 hours. I followed up on Wednesday and was asked to resend the documents. I have not heard anything even now. Now imagine my vehicle has a breakdown which requires a lot of money . I can’t trust you with a claim of less then R2000 what would happen to me in a situation ghat is worse off???
I have had it with Standard Bank. I have been calling and going up and down trying to get credit insurance. When I finally get the credit insurance I don’t even know how much I’m expected to pay. Can I please have the credit insurance cancelled because I am not happy with the product and service
I have been paying R680 consistently with no issues. All of a sudden my package is disconnected and I suddenly owe a reconnection fee. The date of payment is suddenly changed. If this package is not reconnected. I need my money returned.
I think I am going to have to change to another bank. During the week my card would not swipe and I was stranded at a petrol station. While there was money in my account. I tried the virtual cards they did not work. Today I am trying to make a payment to another account, and I am unable to so it's clear that this bank is unreliable. Also requested a call back from their insurance department two weeks ago till today nothing
I owed Payjustnow and I ended up settling the debt on the app. Now all of a sudden I am listed and this is after I paid this debt and this company is telling me they won’t remove me even after I paid I provided proof. I am told I have to pay again for the same thing. Is this how pay just now operate????
I settled my Nedbank credit card on the 1st of July. The correct account number was used. The payment has still not reflected on my account and I am receiving calls that I have no paid and will be reported to credit bureaus. I have sent countless emails to Nedbank to allocate the payment and close that credit card and to date I have not been assisted. Instead my account is being charged interests/penalties while it was paid.
