Bad Service

I had DishCap DSTV Installation come out to our premises on the 4the December 2020 and had a brand new installation done which I was quite happy with the service however I have discovered the installer who had come to my premises did not do the installation properly which caused the Satellite dish to move around on roof.

First thing Saturdat morning I made contact with DishCap and informed Standford that the installation was not done properly which caused the satellite dish to move and caused the LNB cables to loose signal.

All I received from him was we will call you tomorrow which never happened, I again made contact Monday & today and was told I will be assisted tomorrow .

This is unacceptable, these people take your money do a **** job, talk to you about a warranty and don't deliver on there promise.

These people seem do not care about the fact that there installer did not do the installation correctly.

Such bad service and a horrible manager who's name is Standford who don't seem to care about the fact that they ****ed up
