Borderline Harrassment

I've been living in Burgundy Estate for over 3 years now and if I had the option of choosing a security company I would not recommend these guys. One of them knocked on my door this morning to respond to a noise complaint. I had been sitting in my home office working all morning (definitely no noise here) but they would not tell me what the complaint was and who it was coming from.

I even tried their admin line to make sense of this complaint or at least get specifics (was it music, loud tv?) but they wouldn't share that info which leads me to believe there wasn't any complaint. This is borderline harassment. Secondly, this all happened around midday and I fail to understand why they sent out a person to attend to this alleged complaint in the first place.

I'm a person who believes in integrity and I have not seen any from this company, maybe someone needs to prove me wrong.
