Loitering security, that has no problem braking the law, and resorts to bullying when politely approached.

So speaking as an somone who works in a premises protected by district watch, they like to stand around our shop and smoke close to the entrance. Most of the times they are understanding and will move when asked. The problem is that they will be back the next day doing the exact same thing. This is actually a crime in South Africa. Why do I care? It affects my health and the health of our customers some of whom are children. I would implore district watch to obey the law.

Today they were again smoking outside and when I asked them politely to just move away from the entrance, not only were they snarky and rude, but they resorted to mocking me sarcastically.

Is this the type of behavior you want around your premises? I would not recommend them.
