The operator is really really rude. How do you maintain a business while treating people like that??
Excellent service and good people and fantastic user interface. Their people are very helpful and when I lost my car they gave me a fair settlement and helped every step of they way. They did it fast and gave me absolute peace of mind. Great team, would recommend their services to anyone.
Had just been informed by my bank... while trying to sort other issues, that I have a fica outstanding. I already fica'd my account with alot of effort a couple of years ago... and now suddenly, according to the consultant, "she don't know why but it is still outstanding." I was not notified, nor explained why... but she was kind enough to tell me if I don't do it soon my account will be frozen. This is extremely difficult for personal and work related reasons. Same as in many cases before this... thanks for nothing Standard Bank. Will try to find another bank rather...
So speaking as an somone who works in a premises protected by district watch, they like to stand around our shop and smoke close to the entrance. Most of the times they are understanding and will move when asked. The problem is that they will be back the next day doing the exact same thing. This is actually a crime in South Africa. Why do I care? It affects my health and the health of our customers some of whom are children. I would implore district watch to obey the law. Today they were again smoking outside and when I asked them politely to just move away from the entrance, not only were they snarky and rude, but they resorted to mocking me sarcastically. Is this the type of behavior you want around your premises? I would not recommend them.
Absolutely ********** service, I requested a change of package from 5g to 4g, and despite the app not working, and the Absolutely rude customer care representative which I had to phone because of the app... two weeks have past without any action or even feedback. Me and my friends who were using this are thinking of canceling our subs indefinitely because service at vodacom might be better (and that is really saying something).
We ordered a meal from uber eats this afternoon with very clear instructions, which by the way, previous drivers followed with ease. Our delivery guy did not read the instructions and refuses to contact us and behaved very rudely after "completing the order" before even delivering our food. we tried contacting both the driver and support, but the service is honestly horrendous, with no contact from your side. The Order number is #F5FC3 please help... because the app support is not helping us.
I am a paying YouTube customer who has been harassed by a guy for the last week, i have reported his spam of insults on my video and comments on other videos and for days YouTube did nothing. I then contacted them trying to get my issue sorted, which wasn't happening through the means that YouTube offer. After speaking to YouTube support I was told my issue would be resolved... 3 days later i am still sitting with the same problem. I have no intention to renew my subscription and i will be making sure that non of my friends or family bother either. YouTube does not care about it's customers.
