Broken promises and damaged hair.
Chantelle from Diva Licious, destroyed my hair with her so called colour treatment... I ask for ombre and she coloured too high... Made my hair feel like straw and now I'm embarrassed by it. She promised on Whatsapp to refund me and now has gone back on her word... I highly recommend that you stay away rather! I'm very disappointed in the service there! Sis man!
