It has taken close to 4 months to cancell my policy. A month ago I was told that the refund will be issued within 3 to 5 working days. If not, I need to call back. It has still not been refunded, and I need to call back in 48hours.

I placed an order on 25 August. Money was reversed. On Monday the correct amount was deducted, but initial amount still pending. Absolute useless staff getting arrogant. They come up with poor excuses.
Our fibre line has been down since Friday. Case logged Saturday. No feedback on Sunday as promised. Follow up on Monday and today. And the only answer i keep getting is that they are escalating. And they cant tell me for how long I will be offline
After a 18 day hospital stay, Blaauwberg Netcares accounts department messed up my bill. Only having authorisation for 1 day. All in hospital bills went through my savings account. After numerous calls to case managers and empty promises. Only the authorisation date was amended and not the ICD10 codes. Soon enough I will start getting letters of demand from doctors, and Netcare does not have a care in the world to get this resolved. All prescribed in hospital items could not be given upon discharge as the pharmacy did not have stock. Called the hospital, and got told to try again Monday!! Our follow up visit to the doctor on Monday wont be paid either, as the MSA will be depleted. Atleast the peads staff is wonderful at this pathetic hospital
After a week of replenishing my MSA, they are unable to resolve. Different agents give different answers and just could not care to assist. Paying a small fortune for medical aid. And will be unable to use this in case if an emergency, because they putting an 18 day hospital bill through MSA. Saying sorry for the inconvenience
My account was canceled 6 days ago. I have spent literally hours on the phone, and my line is still off. I was told it was an admin error. I can't speak to a manager or supervisor. My fb messages aren't getting responded to. WhatsApp doesn't give any option for line error. No service. Lack of willingness to help.
Pathetic after sales service. Empty promises. Don't answer your questions. Can not get hold of them via telephone. Whatsapp takes forever to get an answer. And if you ask a question, you get told to have a supersonic day. You might even be worse than TELKOM.
