I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from DJI South Africa. After making my payment and receiving nothing but an invoice, I’ve had no updates or communication regarding my order. There’s no option to check when the item will be shipped.
I’ve tried every possible way to contact them—submitted an online query, sent emails, WhatsApp messages, and even called and left messages. Yet, no response whatsoever. This is absolutely unacceptable from such a well-known brand! Pathetic customer service!
