Credit Transfer to Gautrain Card

I attempted to purchase return ticket from Bosman to Park Station and the money was deducted from my account but my Gautrain card was never credited.

I am told that we will have to request an online refund and this is the only money I had.I don't know how Gautrain thinks I am gonna make it to work for the next two days..I need my card to be reloaded for my travelling..
