Poor service
Enquired with this law firm about a case that was filed through them . My email was sent on the 8th November 2020 . Called on the 11th and then 13th again Emailed directly to the owner on the 16th November .. no response to date Not even an acknowledgment of receipt and response to say no we cannot help you . In this day and age with service being so vital in a competitive industry how can a business operate like this Baffling that my email and contact telephonically to the office didn’t negate a response from the owner even himself . Take your business elsewhere.

PAID UP LETTER
I RECENTLY WENT TO PAY TWO OF MY ACCOUNTS THAT I WAS GIVEN DISCOUNTS FOR THE 1ST ONE IS WOOLWORTH AND THE SECOND ONE WAS MR PRICE, AS FOR WOOLWORTHS HANDED OVER ACCOUNT THEY GAVE ME DISCOUNT TO SETTEL THE ACCOUNT I DID THAT BUT STILL WAITING FOR A PAID UP LETTER FROM THEM AND I GOT ONE FROM MR PRICE BUT STILL DMC WONT UPDATE MY CREDIT RECORD, WHEN I CALL THEM ALL THEY DO IS TO GIVE ME NUMBERS TO DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS AND WHEN I FINALY GET TO THE WRITE DEPARTMENT NO ONE IS ABLE TO ASSIST.
