I logged a support msg through from the website on the 2nd of March due to having an issue with my rain account .. They promise a 24hr response time After 3 emails requesting a response Still nothing Today is a week and still no response . Pathetic service .
Enquired with this law firm about a case that was filed through them . My email was sent on the 8th November 2020 . Called on the 11th and then 13th again Emailed directly to the owner on the 16th November .. no response to date Not even an acknowledgment of receipt and response to say no we cannot help you . In this day and age with service being so vital in a competitive industry how can a business operate like this Baffling that my email and contact telephonically to the office didn’t negate a response from the owner even himself . Take your business elsewhere.
I experienced a breakdown with my vehicle on the road today 20/02/2018. I remembered I had a roadside service available on my policy with miway. I called through the helpline and was attended to by Edwin. He was great and efficient in the way he handled my call for assistance..after a few minutes of Edwin getting all my details and info I was called by the towing service that was dispatched to assist me..they arrived and got me and the vehicle to safety. Edwin called to follow up to see that I was okay and sorted out. Thanks Edwin and miway for the great service.
